No! Just leave your bag with your concierge or at your door. We'll pick it up and deliver it back to the same spot.

What is the turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is 3 days. We also offer next-day rush service for urgent items.

Is there a minimum order?

We have a $30 minimum for free pickup & delivery. Most customers easily reach this with a week's worth of laundry or dry cleaning.
