FRESH. Dry Cleaning & Laundry ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services. It works together with our Terms of Service and our Garment Care & Service Agreement.

Information you give us

• Name and contact information (email address, phone number, address)
• Building and unit number for pickup and delivery
• Payment information, which is processed and stored by our payment provider
• Order details and preferences
• Account credentials
• Information you send through our forms, such as waitlist sign-ups and business inquiries

Information collected when you place an order

When you accept our Garment Care & Service Agreement, we record your customer ID, email, the order, the agreement version, the date and time, and your browser type, so we can show which terms applied to your order.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our analytics and advertising partners automatically collect:

• Device information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
• Usage data (pages visited, time spent, clicks, and, through session-analytics tools, mouse movement and scrolling)
• How you move through our booking flow, such as which step you reach, so we can make booking easier
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Cookies and tracking technologies below)

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfill your orders
• Schedule pickup and delivery
• Process payments
• Communicate with you about your orders and our services, including by email and text message
• Remind you about a booking you started but did not finish
• Send promotional emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
• Keep a record of the terms you accepted
• Measure and improve our website, services, and advertising
• Comply with legal obligations

04Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: vendors who help us operate our business, such as our payment processor, our laundry and order-management system, our email marketing platform, cloud hosting and database providers, form and mapping services, delivery services, and analytics and advertising providers
• Legal requirements: when required by law or to protect our rights
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We use advertising and analytics partners (including Google) that may process device and usage data to measure and improve our advertising. Depending on your state, this may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising or "targeted advertising." You can opt out using the controls described below.

Text messaging: mobile information you provide for text messaging, including your phone number and consent, is never shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

05Emails and text messages

If you provide your phone number, we may send you transactional text messages about your orders, such as pickup windows and delivery updates. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing our services.

We send emails about your orders, and we may send reminders about an unfinished booking and news about our services. Every marketing email includes a link to unsubscribe.

06Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how you use our website, improve your experience, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The tools we use include:

• Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager: website analytics and advertising and conversion measurement
• Microsoft Clarity: session analytics that records interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement to help us improve usability
• Klaviyo: email sign-up forms, and tracking of booking activity so we can send order and reminder emails
• Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights: privacy-focused website traffic and performance measurement
• Google Maps: address lookup and maps on our website

You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google advertising personalization at adssettings.google.com and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Many browsers also support Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals, which we honor where required.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

08Data retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and afterward only as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
