Is there parking?
Yes. Free parking is available for customers while you drop off or collect an order.
What are your hours?
Mon–Fri: 9am–7pm. Saturday: 10am–2pm. Sunday: Closed.
Do I have to come to the studio?
No. Door-to-door pickup and delivery covers Downtown Miami, including offices and condo towers across the river. Leave your bag with your front desk and we return it to the same place.
How long does an order take?
Wash & fold is 2 business days and dry cleaning is 3 business days. Alterations and shoe care take 5-7 business days. Rush service is available for eligible items.
Is there another studio nearby?
Yes. Our Brickell studio is at 825 Brickell Bay Drive, #3CL30, Miami, FL 33131, inside the Four Ambassadors. It keeps the same hours and also has free parking.
