A few details help your order reach the right place.
Reach or Rise?
Include your tower name and its full residential address. The shopping centre name alone is not enough to identify a residential handoff.
Arrange the front-desk handoff
Ask your residential concierge where a laundry order should be left. Include that location in your booking rather than directing a driver through the retail centre.
Choose care by garment
Everyday cotton laundry, tailored clothes and comforters use different services. Separate them before leaving your bags for collection.
