How much laundry fits in one bag?
Each FRESH. Cycle bag is sized for a typical full laundry load. If you have more than fits comfortably in the bag, send an additional bag and it will be billed at your plan's per-bag rate.
What is included in the bag?
Everyday wash and fold items are included. Dry cleaning, household items, alterations, and specialty care can be added to the same pickup separately.
Can I add dry cleaning?
Yes. Add dry cleaning to the same pickup and use your monthly member credit toward eligible services.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. You can change, pause, or cancel your plan before the next billing cycle.
