A few things to know.
How storage works with your cleaning.
Can I store something FRESH. didn’t clean?
Storage is for pieces we clean, so everything we keep is stored fresh. Send anything you would like to store with your next order, and tell us to keep it when it is ready.
Can I keep something from an order I already had cleaned?
Yes. If your order is still with us, tell us which pieces to keep and we will move them into your digital closet.
How do I get something back?
Choose it in your digital closet. It comes back pressed with your next FRESH. delivery at no charge, or sooner with an express return for $9.95.
What if I wear it and want to store it again?
Send it back with your next order. We clean it at our regular prices and it goes straight back into your closet.
Is there a minimum or a contract?
No. Store one piece or fifty, for as long as you like. You pay $5 a piece for each month it is with us.
Is storage available now?
Storage is launching in Brickell first. Join the list and we will turn it on for your account when your building is ready.
