Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using FRESH. Dry Cleaning & Laundry services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
FRESH. provides professional dry cleaning, laundry, and garment care services in the Brickell, Miami area. Our services include:
- Dry cleaning
- Wash and fold laundry
- Business shirt laundering
- Alterations and repairs
- Free pickup and delivery
Orders and Pricing
Minimum Order
A $30 minimum order is required for free pickup and delivery service.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change. Current pricing is available on our website and will be confirmed before processing your order.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods.
Pickup and Delivery
- You must provide accurate pickup and delivery information
- Items must be left in an accessible location (with concierge or at door as specified)
- We are not responsible for items left in unsecured locations
- Standard turnaround is 3 business days; rush service available
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary
Garment Care and Liability
Care and Inspection
We take every precaution to care for your garments. However:
- We are not liable for damage to garments with pre-existing conditions
- We are not responsible for items left in pockets
- Some fabrics and decorations may not withstand the cleaning process
- Color bleeding and shrinkage may occur despite proper care
Lost or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event of loss or damage:
- Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Liability is limited to 10x the cleaning charge or $50 per item, whichever is less
- We offer optional declared value coverage for high-value items
Unclaimed Items
Items not claimed within 90 days of processing will be considered abandoned. After 120 days, we reserve the right to donate or dispose of unclaimed items.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled before pickup at no charge
- Once items are picked up and processed, cancellations are not accepted
- Refunds are issued at our discretion for valid quality concerns
The FRESH. Club Membership
Membership terms:
- Monthly or annual subscription options available
- Benefits and pricing as advertised on our website
- Cancel anytime with 30 days notice
- No refunds for partial months
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of FRESH. and protected by copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FRESH. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
